InnovationForce is a cloud based SaaS startup that helps large organizations, especially utilities, accelerate and streamline innovation. Its platform, InnovationWorks, combines AI, crowd wisdom and Harvard backed frameworks to move ideas from conception to pilot faster and avoid "pilot purgatory." By measuring cultural factors like psychological safety and automating evaluation and decision workflows, it reduces friction and speeds up collaboration.

During my time as a software intern at InnovationForce I built and deployed Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) agents that improved user self-service adoption. I also designed web crawlers using Crawl4AI, enabling clients to independently conduct market research, which reduced reliance on outsourced analysts and saved companies significant hiring costs.

In addition, I automated research workflows and streamlined database queries, saving employees over 100 hours and increasing overall efficiency. Finally, I contributed to UI development that enhanced internal tool usability and reduced onboarding time for new employees.

Olin Baja is a student-led team at Olin College that designs, builds, and races off-road vehicles as part of the SAE Baja competition. As the lead of the electrical subteam, I have helped design and implement the ride height sensor module to analyze vehicle performance and dynamics.

Currently, I am leading efforts to transform the electrical team into a data-driven group, organizing the development of new modules such as hall effect sensors, GPS, gyroscope, accelerometer, and more. This shift enables us to collect and utilize real-time data for vehicle diagnostics and performance optimization, advancing our capabilities beyond previous years.

Ethos Angel Investments is a Canadian-based angel investment firm that has raised $9.3 million CAD from accredited investors across Canada, the U.S., and Spain, focusing on early-stage startups with scalable business models.

Since 2018, Ethos has launched two funds, investing in 20 companies across Canada, the U.S., and Europe, with a collective valuation of $2 billion CAD. The firm operates on principles of collaboration and mentorship, leveraging its General Partners' extensive experience to support founders in scaling their businesses.

In my role at Ethos, I conducted in-depth research on portfolio companies, tracking their progress and industry trends to compile detailed semi-annual reports that kept investors informed on company performance and market positioning.

Ascend is the largest, non-profit Pan-Asian organization in North America dedicated to empowering students and professionals through leadership development, mentorship, and community engagement. It offers national conferences, scholarships, and a broad network of corporate and campus chapters to help members grow their skills, gain visibility, and advance their careers.

As President and Founder of Olin Ascend, I built the club from the ground up by fostering a collaborative community and empowering students from multiple schools. I brought in guest speakers, created programs that connected students to Ascend's larger network, and provided members with access to resources and opportunities to support and advance their careers.
